with Oracle9i technology at the back-end and
an intuitive Java based GUI at the front-end.
The database has a powerful query system, which
provides the user with a criterion and a sub-criterion
search possible only because of the relational
nature of the database. The database technology
is available both as a web-based tool and in
the form of a CD-ROM.
