Experience
With over 30 years of photogrammetric, remote sensing, CAD/GIS and land base mapping experience, we have conducted hundreds of mapping projects of various complexities and durations in Asia, Europe, South and North America.

Digital Photogrammetric Production Facilities
The production facilities are fully equipped with over 40 digital photogrammetric
stereo workstations, and more than 150 other workstations. These systems are configured for high throughput for aerial and multi-sensor triangulation, AT/DTM, stereo feature collection, orthophoto production, contouring, and database generation.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance
The production teams design and execute to industry-approved standards and client-specific requirements for all project phases. We always meet the accuracy standards in every project by maintaining process control and rigid internal QA/QC. We have demonstrated our ability to make timely, accurate and consistent deliverables for even the most complex projects.

Project Management and Monitoring
An innovative in-house online project management and monitoring system provides our customers with access to their projects that includes real-time visibility to the status of project progress, project team productivity and quality, adherence to requirements, and change management. This system facilitates web-based client communication that is critical to on-time delivery, quality control, and acceptance.

Training & Staff
Training is a significant element of our production culture. Our production staff consists of trained professionals, and a photogrammetric training centre is maintained in conjunction with photogrammetric universities and industry standards.

Working with our production partner in India, we are able to provide a full range of photogrammetric services, ensuring adherence to a quality assurance plan and executing mapping programs that consistently exceed customer expectations. The staff has years of photogrammetric, mapping, and GIS services and software expertise. This experience includes a wide range of national, regional, and city level precision mapping, utilizing aerial images, LiDAR, and satellite data. The production facilities are fully equipped with industry-leading tools and software, and can manage rapid project startup, with the ability to ramp up the production. Modus has the ability to manage complex projects to successful completion, incorporating an innovative online project monitoring system facilitating on-time and quality delivery.

Project Specification Design
Our project specification services assist clients with requirements analysis, project definition, data acquisition and planning, and accuracy specifications and validation.

Aerial Triangulation
We provide fully analytical digital photogrammetric capabilities, aerial and multi-sensor triangulation.

Digital Terrain Modeling
We provide DEM and DTM processing using traditional aerial and LiDAR data sources for contour generation, orthophoto production, and volumetric applications for engineering surveys.

Orthophoto production
We produce standard and true-orthophotos using a high-grade radiometric interpolation using tone/color, contrast-balanced and mosaic/edge-matched to adjacent images in support of customer needs using an appropriate mix of leading digital photogrammetric systems from BAE SocetSet, Leica Geosystems, and INPHO.

3D Mapping and Feature compilation
Map feature collection is the most time-consuming component of most mapping assignments. We provide stereo feature collection services that are designed to meet specifications efficiently and accurately. We employ in-house smart solutions supported by a strong software development team that minimizes time and effort.

Utility mapping programs
We provide specialized analyses for utility/facilities mapping, corridor analysis, and volumetric modeling.
